Our client is seeking Service Customer Experience specialist (Service Advisor) to join their team in West Melbourne (Werribee).

  • Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays
  • Car Allowance


Ideally, they are searching for an experience Service Advisor, who wants to join a fantastic group, with real, long-term career prospects.

However they will look at someone who wants to step into this role. Customer experience back ground or Mechanical.


Your role:


  • Booking Guest cars into the service department
  • Liaising with Guests to ensure their experience is seamless and transparent
  • Working with our Technicians to ensure all the Guest's requirements and requests are met
  • Returning the Guests vehicles in a friendly and timely manner

You will provide:


  • Previous experience in a service department ideally
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and customer service with attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a successful team
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • Well presented with a "can do" attitude
