The role of Customer Experience Specialist is a great place to kick start your career with BASF.

Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for looking at ways to improve our offering to our corporate customers, through getting involved in process improvement projects and more streamlined logistics reporting.

You will be responsible for delivering an unrivalled experience for our corporate customers that will build stronger relationships and optimise business outcomes.

You'll:

Look at new ways of improving the customer journey
Spend time confirming orders, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
You will work with our corporate customers daily on logistics, supply chain and other enquiries
You'll use your attention to detail entering customer data in our SAP system

Ingredients for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll be a recent graduate who possesses a combination of great communication, strong stakeholder management skills, and a drive to progress through a global organization.

You'll:

Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle priorities
Experience of providing highlevels of customer service
Ability to identify and drive opportunities for process improvement
Willingness to support others in the team
