    Credit Collections Officer I 8-month contract I up to $50 per hour incl super$35 -$45 per hour + super
    Contract till the end of January with potentially for permanency.

    About The RoleThe collection officer is responsible for processing a range of payments and as well as following up on clients with outstanding invoices across a variety of industries.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver efficient, high-quality accounts receivable services.
    Following up on outstanding accounts from high profile clients

    You'll need to be able to change direction at a moment's notice, juggle multiple priorities and use your skills in stakeholder management to get the information that you need.

    Expand your knowledge and your skills in this fast-paced, ever-changing role in a dynamic and growing business.
    Providing a high quality and accurate processing of complex accounts receivable transactions and enquiries.
    Resolving issues speedily and in compliance with standard operating procedures whilst meeting performance targets.
    Complete purchase order matching
    Liaise with stakeholders regarding payment processing.
    Deliver efficient, client-centric, high-quality accounts receivable services.
    Providing a high quality and accurate processing of complex transactions and enquiries,
    Resolving issues speedily and in compliance with standard operating procedures whilst meeting service performance targets.

    About You3 years' experience in Collections
    Experience with IFS applications
    Available for immediate start
