We're currently recruiting for a Collections Officer to join our friendly and supportive team managing end-to-end Collection Activity for an assigned portfolio of Grocery.
Reporting to the Collections Team Leader for Grocery, your main responsibility will be to deliver efficient and effective management of several partner accounts including timely processing of all payments and deductions whilst managing compliance to terms.
Responsibilities
- Account Management for medium transactional Accounts across multiple sites.
- Management of all Customer Queries, and Re conciliations
- Daily / Weekly Payment Allocation.
- Timely processing of customer payments, remittances, deductions and associated follow up
- Deliver on collection activity KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience in or strong interest in accounting and willingness to learn more
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large value accounts
- A commitment to timely customer service and payment processing
- Experience with SAP, ECC and /or CRM7 software an advantage
- Ability to add value and input to continuous improvement projects
Salary:
$49, $85,407.25 per year
