About the role
Part of the Finance team, the Collections Officer will report to a Collections Team Leader. The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent contracts across Australia and New Zealand.
This will include identifying and managing contracts moving into Financial Hardship, Administration and/or Liquidation, and monitoring outstanding money on residual values or unpaid invoices on fleet partners.
Skills & Experience
- Background from debt collections agency or client side
- Previous experience in collections, managing a delinquent portfolio
- Understanding of legal process for contracts falling into Administration/Liquidation
- Sound knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements
- Good analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and strong time management
