- Employee Relations case management and research, working closely with the assigned Business Partner and Legal team, where appropriate
- Partner with the broader People Team to ensure that processes and policies are locally relevant, compliant and accessible to our teammates via good documentation
- Consult with managers on people matters through the lens of our Core Values and in the context of our policies, processes and applicable legislation
- Support our People Operations and Payroll team in process automation and solving employee help cases
- Partner with Talent Development to design, deliver and routinely improve an onboarding program that ensures a positive integration into the company
- Design, coordinate and lead a calendar of employee events in the region, from weekly Town Halls and volunteering campaigns to leadership gatherings
- Support Talent Acquisition with recruiting and employment branding efforts in the region, as needed
- Highlight and advocate for the needs of our Australia-based employees, and in conjunction with local leadership, drive targeted improvements in employee engagement
- Completion of an undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Industrial Relations
- 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, including Modern Awards
- Effective working in a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills: strong writer, presenter and confident facilitator

The Role
As our first Employee Experience team member in Australia, you'll provide core people and culture support to managers and employees, while building a foundation for the future of the function in APAC. As a result, we are looking for a positive, proactive collaborator, who is committed to supporting the business with integrity, and has the foresight to spot opportunities to drive an ever-better employee experience. This is a hands-on generalist role, with our ideal colleague being passionate about getting the details right and eager to contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.
