ABOUT THIS NEWLY CREATED ROLE

Reporting to the COO, your position will encompass all elements of Human Resources, while continuing the family business culture and improving company performance.

Together with the senior management team you will develop a strategic Human Resources plan, help identify and execute people initiatives, have expertise in Industrial Relations and be able to investigate and resolve complex or critical IR issues.

You will be responsible for producing advice in accordance with legislation and company policy while overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR Department.

This role has 1 direct report and a strong focus towards HR strategies, implementing new policies such as Diversity and Inclusion while working on other numerous projects.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role do you have:

Minimum 7 years' experience in a generalist capacity?
Degree qualification in HR, Business with solid knowledge of contemporary HR issues?
Indepth knowledge in Industrial Relations, Health & Safety standards?
Experience in providing endtoend HR policy advice?
Ability to problem solve resolving a diverse range of employment matters?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills?
