I am thrilled to be partnering with a leading Queensland professional services brand who are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join this purposeful and people focused organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting a designated client group as they navigate a period of change.

The Human Resource Manager is a strategic partner, providing high-level advice and solutions to the leaders of the organisation.

Leading a team of two HR Specialists, the role involves building relationships with stakeholders, implementing talent strategies, and delivering operational and strategic people metrics.

You will also support the business through large change initiatives, coaching as required and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives.

To be successful in the role you will ideally have:
A tertiary education in Human Resources or equivalent relevant industry qualifications;
Substantial experience as a generalist HR Manager in a business partnering capacity with proven ability to engage senior leaders on their people agenda;
Demonstrated experience in complex employee relations and experience developing strategic plans, workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning performance management and retention methodologies; and

Ideally, you will have experience in cultural transformation and embedding corporate culture.
