About the role

You lead case management of employee concerns, and performance and conduct matters.
You write submissions and briefings to inform quality decisionmaking.
You recommend appropriate actions to resolve complex workplace matters.

You are part of a generalist HR team. Working in collaboration with the Manager, Human Resources, you will provide thought leadership to the HR advisors.

You are looking for a role where you can engage with senior leaders and resolve matters. You are keen to share your knowledge and to keep your own skills up to date. You are a clear communicator, in writing and when discussing matters. You are a trusted advisor and take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
