About the role

  • You lead case management of employee concerns, and performance and conduct matters.
  • You write submissions and briefings to inform quality decisionmaking.
  • You recommend appropriate actions to resolve complex workplace matters.
You are part of a generalist HR team. Working in collaboration with the Manager, Human Resources, you will provide thought leadership to the HR advisors.
About you
You are looking for a role where you can engage with senior leaders and resolve matters. You are keen to share your knowledge and to keep your own skills up to date. You are a clear communicator, in writing and when discussing matters. You are a trusted advisor and take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
