A06 $6771 /hr + Super for a Full Time contracts

YOUR NEW ORGANISATION:

This department in the Public Sector is looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Advisor/Partner and a Senior HR Consultant/Partner/Generalist/Advisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced HR generalists with prior public sector experience to start a new role within this department.

YOUR NEW DUTIES

HR Consultant/Generalist Duties:

Provide quality advice and project support on a full range of HR management functions.
Coordination and management of workplace integrity and relations matters.
Maintain sound knowledge of current HR legislation, awards, certified agreements, directives, policies and procedures.
Prepare reports, submissions and briefing notes.
Present and facilitate briefings and workshops for management and staff.
Build and maintain positive and effective professional relationships.

Recruitment Consultant/Partner/Advisor Duties:

Providing high standards of service and guidance to business leaders at all stages of the recruitment process.
Proactively sourcing and talent pooling a large project
Coordinating and managing medical assessments and offer processes.
Supporting the Talent Manager in creating and executing strategic initiatives to create awareness of the employer brand, utilising LinkedIn and other avenues.
Supporting and advocating diversity and inclusion across the organisation across all recruitment processes.
