Charterhouse is partnering with a leading AFR Top 20 mid-tier firm located in Melbourne's CBD. Due to their continuous success and growth, this firm is seeking talented Senior Accountants to join their Business Services division.
About the Role:
This role offers the chance to collaborate within a diverse client base alongside an accomplished and well-established team. It's an opportunity to hone your technical prowess and cultivate leadership skills, backed by a structured career pathway towards leadership roles.
As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with client managers to oversee a portfolio spanning various industries
• Leveraging your expertise in accounting and taxation to produce intricate special-purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for entities such as companies, partnerships, and trusts
• Crafting monthly management reports and ensuring the construction of comprehensive and accurate working papers
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members through constructive feedback, review processes, coaching, and delegation.
About You:
• CA/CPA Qualified
• 4+ years' experience within Public Practice
• Experience fostering and developing client relationships
• Professionally presented with excellent communication skills
• Australian permanent resident
