Your Role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Business Services Assistant to join our growing team.


You will have the opportunity to kick start your career and provide high quality administrative services in a professional environment.


Your duties
As a Business Services Assistant in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of duties such as:

  • Bulk printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing documents
  • Mail and courier operation
  • Stationery purchase and stocktaking
  • Administration support including processing supplier invoices
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offering
  • Working closely with other business services team members to ensure a seamless operation
    We welcome applicants who have
  • 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role in a professional environment
  • High level of customer service skills required
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including in Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook
