Role Overview:


As a Business Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing staff to ensure they meet their KPIs and development objectives.

This opportunity seeks an individual with exceptional leadership and people management skills to cultivate a high-performing team through training, mentorship, and delegating responsibilities to junior team members.

Your responsibilities will encompass financial management, strategic planning, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Offering problemsolving and advice on complex accounting and tax matters.
  • Demonstrating strong technical knowledge and proactively providing commercial suggestions and solutions based on risk.
  • Reviewing income tax returns and financials for all entities and consolidated accounts.
  • Engaging in tax planning and forecasting, succession planning, and restructuring advice.

Requirements:


  • CA/CPA qualification with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a reputable accounting firm.
  • Proven experience in a professional services firm or consulting environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of client assignments.
  • Experience in mentoring, supervising, and reviewing the work of junior team members.
