    About the role

    At TBH, we are growing faster than ever, expanding in Australia and internationally. To help drive engagement and alignment throughout our global organisation, we are seeking a creative and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our team.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Corporate Communications Manager will provide support to Marketing & Communications, People & Culture and the Executive Team, across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

    This role will be working as part of a collaborative team to meaningfully contribute to the ongoing success of TBH with an internal focus.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing internal communications within a dynamic and changing environment, with specific experience in creating communications for Marketing, People & Culture, and the Executive Team. This role will play a key part in crafting and delivering internal communications that inform, engage and inspire employees. This position is responsible for developing communication strategies that foster a positive organisational culture and drive organisational alignment.

    What you'll bring

    We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing, with a minimum of 7 years' experience working in internal communications.
    • Experience developing and implementing comprehensive internal communications plans that support the organisation's goals, objectives, and values.
    • Experience in messaging frameworks and channels to enhance employee understanding of company initiatives and updates.
    • Support organisational change initiatives by communicating changes effectively and addressing employee concerns while collaborating with various teams to ensure transparency and clarity during periods of change.
    • Experience writing communications for the Executive team.
    • Manage and update the company's intranet platform or other communication platforms to provide employees with relevant and timely information.
    • Monitor platform usage and gather feedback to enhance user experience and content effectiveness.
    • Experience supporting Marketing/Communications and People & Culture will be favourably viewed.
    • Excellent storytelling and communications skills, including copywriting and editing.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Hands on approach, prepared to train your customers.
    • High proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite - experience using SharePoint and Yammer will be favourably viewed.
