We are an unlisted public company and one of five licensed banks in Australia with full direct connectivity and production capability across all domestic payment systems.

Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech's and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.


We are looking for a Communication Manager to join us on a part time - 3 days a week for an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.


Reporting to the Head of Agile Transformation, the main purpose of this role is to drive transformation in our operating model to enable the delivery of better business and client outcomes.

As part of our strategy, we seek an experience Communication Manager who can provide support to our Centre of Excellence (COE) team in driving engagement and change.

The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the goals and objectives of the COE in building Cuscal's agile capabilities and scaling Agile across the enterprise.
  • Support the COE Team in planning, developing, and delivering communications to support stakeholder engagement and education.
  • Works closely with the COE lead and Change & Engagement Manager to support the adoption of change.
  • Increase the accessibility of agile values across Cuscal through clear and accessible communications, playbooks, and content.
  • Partner with Cuscal's Change & Engagement Manager to design and deliver the key communications that have been identified as part of our change and engagement plan.
  • Work directly with agencies to design and deliver the finished product while working with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure alignment to brand guidelines.
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team on key events and forums for employees and clients to learn about Cuscal 3.0

About You
Additionally, you will have effective communication skills and the ability to build and manage enduring stakeholder relationships.

Furthermore, your ability to respond to rapidly changing circumstances in a pre-emptive manner in a fast-paced contact centre environment will see you succeed in this role.
