FinTech (SaaS) in the world and is seeking an enthusiastic

Marketing Community Manager (B2B) to support the

Expansion Lead.
Join this innovative global leader, providing its customers

(SMBs, Accountants & Bookkeepers) with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.

What your exciting days will look like:

Building and managing the community from scratch utilising their brand new community tool (
Influitive).
Developing the overall strategy with the wider team to drive advocacy.
Sourcing testimonials, usergenerated content, case studies etc.
Building relations with your customers through daytoday interactions with community members through the Inlfuitive platform and engaging facetoface via virtual events.
Sharing feedback to the product team based on community feedback.
Identifying and recruiting new advocates to join the community.
Monitoring and reporting on community engagement metrics.

What you'll bring to the team:

Experience within
SaaS product B2B Community Management

Experience using the
Influtive platform or similar (Zoho, Zendesk, Expert Voice, Sprout Social, PostBeyond, GaggleAMP etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
