Dynamic, fast-growing Fintech organisation is seeking a Communications Manager to join their collaborative team.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, this key role will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust communications program including PR, corporate communications and thought leadership, media relations, events and sponsorship delivery, and issues management with internal and external stakeholders to support the strategic direction.

You will be responsible for:

Driving the development of media, communications and stakeholder engagement plans, strategies and initiatives
Contributing to the marketing and communications strategy
Delivering activities associated with the communications plan
Providing robust media and issues management advice to the leadership team
Creating and delivering original and engaging content across specific channels
Developing and managing the Social Media plan and Communications schedule
Report on the Communications plan progress and metrics

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or relevant
7 to 10 years relevant experience as a Communication Manager, ideally within a Fintech or Financial Services environment (inhouse or communications agency)
Proven experience in delivering creative and effective communications, PR and media strategies
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience in stakeholder management
A cando mindset with high levels of tenacity, resilience and ability to work under pressure
