We are problem solvers and experts in our field. And we love what we do because it makes a difference to those who really need it.
In our team we have some truly amazing people - smart, passionate, fun. And there's plenty of room for you to join us.

What does it take to become a Civican?
We're seeking for a Technical Business Analysts based in Geelong and Newcastle to join our talent pool, these BAs will be responsible for undertaking various analytical tasks, including the documentation, identification of improvements, and the recording and managing of business, user and system requirements.

Over a period of time, you will see yourself achieving milestones successfully in a fast pace environment and building a good rapport with the stakeholders within and outside the organisation. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert in Civica products, their functionality and the application of those functions to customers' business operations.
We welcome your unique talents
Please apply for this role if it would make you excited to come to work every day.
Sorry if this sounds cheesy, but we really do want you to bring your whole self to work. There is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list below, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit. (It's also a fact that women and underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they check every box...)

Ensure business requirements are properly understood and all required changes have been reviewed and signed off before development. Proven experience as a Business Analyst and previous experience with technical domain is highly regarded.
With good understanding of enterprise development approaches and design methodologies; you will also bring strong data modelling and integration skills.

Working within our Civica Business , this is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with huge growth opportunities. This role works with Developers, Testers, Product managers, External clients and Support personnel to deliver high-quality, intuitive products and services to the schools in ANZ.
As Business Analyst, you will conduct root cause analysis, capture business requirements and processes, translate them into high quality specifications, and working closely with project team, stakeholders, users and customers to deliver valuable product improvements that solve real problems. Focus on learning– there are heaps of opportunities to enable you to grow and be your best.
