About the role


The Executive Support Officer will manage the day to day administrative functions in the Executive Director's office to support the work of the senior management and the staff including management of customer service, records and correspondence, equipment and stores and staff and school matters.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) for paid employment.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
