- Coordinate and oversee all rope access activities and assets within the shutdown/project works during execution.
- Liaise with shutdown/project team, clients, and contractors to understand project/shutdown requirements and ensure alignment of rope access activities with project objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of rope access systems and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Provide support to rope access supervision.
- Strong background in the scoping, planning, and execution in the shutdown/project space within the mining industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges.
- Current IRATA Qualification and a comprehensive understanding of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety
- Appointed Persons – Schedule 26.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Trade qualified – highly advantageous

Full Job Description:
The Rope Access Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site rope access-related activities during execution. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving scope growth and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in rope access operations.
