  • NES Fircroft are working alongside a Major Oil & Gas Operator seeking a Team Assistant to support their new Project team

Working from Home: 2 days WFH flexibility (60/40%)

Length of Contract: 12 months (potential for permanent)

Job Scope:

The team is new and currently have no support so additional tasks like organising social events, coordinating meetings, assisting visitors will be the responsibility of the support function.


  • This role will also be assisting with any administrative duties related to our Client's Project located in the Pilbara region. This will include the responsibility for assisting the contractors and internal staff with site access, travel coordination, hire cars and generally assisting with the coordination of the fundamentals of their journey to site.
  • Our client is rapidly building a Renewables team and there will be 510 internal hires predicted within the next few months. It will be the responsibility of the Team Assistant to coordinate new starter onboarding processes eg; IT access and building access.
