About the role


We have a fixed term opportunity for a
Coordinator - Project Controls to be responsible for the coordination of all project analysis, reporting and liaison services that satisfy operational objectives and are delivered on time, to budget and within the Operational Technology project scope.

Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will support the achievement of required business outcomes, whilst being front and centre of service delivery.


What the role will involve

  • Undertake project controls coordination on the portfolio of 50+ projects
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information for Operational Technology programs of work
  • Lead document management of all Operational Technology program projects
  • Support project and the program manager in project meetings in information analysis and document management activities
  • Provide project support, ensuring that the cost forecast is aligned with project activities, milestones and rate of progress

Key skills and experience

  • Tertiary level qualification in project management or relevant discipline, and relevant experience in providing project controls services
  • Previous experience in a project coordination role ideally working on utilities or infrastructure projects
  • Proven knowledge of information or document management principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to undertake analysis of complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge in Primavera P6 and Power BI is preferable
