About the Role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for site-based Village Management Administration / Accommodation Clerk. This is a permanent, full time position. Point of hire will be from Perth, FIFO to the camp site situated 1 hour flight from Perth. Roster is expected to be 2 weeks on 1 week off.

You will be the first point of contact on site and will provide a high level of customer service to visitors, site-based personnel and the operations team.


Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Village management of arrivals / departures using INX system
  • Coordination of swipe card access for residents
  • Managing the village office reception desk
  • Manage guest and visitor bookings and site access.
  • Manage office supplies and make stationary orders where required.
  • Point of contact when liaising with Head Office support teams.
  • Coordination of site access and travel requirements
  • Maintaining registers for Procurement and SHEQ
  • Support for VM on client meetings, reporting, and KPI tracking requirements

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Certificate in Business Administration or significant experience in similar role
  • Experience with use of INX system preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent in Excel
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office suite
  • Experienced in a sitebased administration environment would be an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
  • The ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service
  • The ability to pass a medical, including drug and alcohol tests.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
