About the role
Our Business Unit Coordinator provides critical high-level and confidential support to our Operations Director - Country Regions.


You will also work closely with the Country Regions Lead Team, made up of Regional Managers based across the state, to provide support across a wide range of business administration services such as travel management, events coordination, and preparation of Executive and Board papers.

You'll be based in Leederville, where there's plenty of places to eat and hang out, and you're only 5-minutes away from the nearest train station - an easy commute when you're heading into the office


What the role will involve

  • Coordination of all Board, Executive and Board Sub-Committee papers and actions for the Business Unit in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing highquality service to internal and external customers while building successful relationships on behalf of the Operations Director
  • Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal stakeholders and committees as required

Key skills and experience


Your strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.


You also have high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst delivering a high standard of work.

Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with mínimal direction and high attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the skill of working well under pressure with conflicting priorities
  • A cando attitude with the ability to remain calm and focussed in high pressure situations.
