    Join Our Team as a Human Resource Business Partner in Perth

    We are thrilled to be looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Perth. This is a maternity leave cover position for 6-8 months based in our CBD office, working Monday to Friday.

    Role Overview:

    Be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, providing expert support and guidance on various HR processes for our client group Managers and Leaders. This involves handling organizational, talent, cost efficiency, and culture-related matters. As a HR Business Partner, you will also tackle IR issues, Performance Management, Development, and Succession Planning, while offering generalist HR advice.

    • Coordinate workforce planning, employee relations consulting, talent management, and succession planning.
    • Analyze and interpret data, developing approaches for exceptions.
    • Communicate with employees, People Leaders, and Supervisors to solve complex problems.
    • Ensure regular reporting to local authorities and liaison with immigration authorities.
    • Coach and mentor employees, advise on personnel cost, and develop effective communication.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Management.
    • Experience in Oil and Gas, Mining, or EPC industries.
    • Experience in a Multinational Company setup.
    • Experience in analyzing compensation & benefits, leading multiple projects, and influencing across teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of local legislation is an added advantage.
