About Us :

Bright Start Behaviour Support are a small team of behaviour support specialists and psychologists in Maitland, NSW. We are committed to providing high-quality psychology supports for children aged 18 months to 18 years, and building connected, inclusive communities.

About You :

Tertiary qualification in business management or organisational psychology, or equivalent business experience
Working with Children Check
Valid National Driver's Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current first aid and CPR certificate

Position Summary :

The Practice Manager will support our team of bright and compassionate psychologists. They will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business and work closely with the Directors. Reception staff will report to the Practice Manager, and will need the Practice Manger's guidance to ensure the psychologists are able to work efficiently and effectively. The role is responsible for driving company service expectations, and providing support and guidance to all internal and external stakeholders for the practice.

Job Responsibility :

Managing and leading customer relationships and stakeholder enquiries
Foster a culture of teamwork, strong communication, and positive attitude and lead by example
Communicate ideas on complex and sensitive issues clearly in writing, selecting language, tone and format to suit target recipients
Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of offIce records
Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Ensuring client care is always central to all business actions
Maximising client bookings and billing opportunities
Liaising between practitioners and customer service staff
Undertake staff reviews, managing performance and disciplining staff
Ensure client and business privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times
Continually gather feedback to continually improve all aspects of the practice
Other duties as required
