Myhealth Redfern is seeking a full-time Practice Manager, or 21C looking for the next step in their career, to manage our soon-to-open clinic located in the heart of Redfern.


Support Offered:


We provide comprehensive support in areas such as finance, payroll, marketing, and administration, allowing you to concentrate on your passion for team building and clinic enhancement.

You'll benefit from the guidance of an Area Manager who will work closely with you to monitor clinic improvements.


Practice Manager Duties:


  • Ensuring the daytoday running of the clinic.
  • Attending to patient enquiries.
  • Processing payments (Medicare, HICAPS, Private, WorkCover & CTP).
  • Providing support to GPs, Allied Health & Specialists.
  • Staff onboarding & training.

Essential Criteria:


  • Experience within medical, or allied health settings.
  • Strong work ethic & reliability.
  • Friendly & caring personality.

Desirable Criteria:


  • Experience within general practice.
  • Experience with Best Practice software.
  • Understanding of Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and Private Insurance.

Salary:
$60, $70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
