This position is responsible for the overall operational management of a specialist medical practice and will be involved in the expansion and growth of the business to another site.

Our client is a well-established 4 chair oral, faciomaxillary surgery with a very supportive patient focused team Their patients are at the centre of their business, and they are passionate about providing a positive experience and delivering impeccable results.
The team includes x2 Oral Surgeons, Senior Receptionist with x2 Junior Receptionist & x2 Practice Nurses.About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Practice Manager AND/OR Business Manager
- A creative thinker with experience in marketing & business strategies
- Capacity to improve the business current social media presence
- Prior experience in expansion, business growth and managing multiple sites
- Experience in managing a Specialist Medical Practice Setting including Medicare Benefits Schedule, Private Health Fund & Private Billing.
- Certificate or Diploma in Practice Management or Business Management (advantegous)
- Competent with payroll and monthly financial reporting
