About the role:


Coordinate, manage and support the global medical information and analysis team working on medical information and digital initiative projects

Key responsibilities:

The Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall administrative coordination and support of the global Medical Information and Analysis Team members as an integrated part of the Content unit


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the 24/7 global medical and analysis professionals team roster
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies for the medical and analysis team
  • Recruit, manage the induction training plan and mentor new staff
  • Ensure representation, cooperation, and liaison with other Intl SOS business units towards development, utilisation and changes to display of medical information, including digital initiatives
  • Track and report on issues impacting medical and analysis professional teams and provide recommended measures and interventions for resolution
  • Interface with Content Operation Manager and other London based members of the Content unit management team

About you:


  • Experience in working in a regional/functional matrix organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Medical or public health experience a distinct advantage
  • Graduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Familiarity & experience working with designing content management systems a distinct advantage
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia
