    Exciting opportunity for a generalist HR Business Partner to work for a leading higher education provider in Perth. Permanent opportunity with an attractive salary, WFH available, flexible hours, and parking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively facilitating a genuine HR business partnership across the organisation with leaders and managers
    • Driving strong initiatives, foresight of HR-related requirements, implementations, change management and cultural development
    • Championing innovative approaches to people management that ultimately work towards organisational objectives
    • Maintaining awareness of Remunerations and benefit competitiveness through market bench marking, and offering recommendations to senior leadership

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous HR Business Partner experience is essential
    • Strong understanding of all the fundamentals of a generalist business partner role
    • Ability to work both autonomously and part of a team alongside other business partners and the wider HR team
    • Prior industry experience within education, health care, government or similar is most desirable
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Parking on site and easy accessibility to public transport
    • Permanent role offering job security
    • Opportunity to build strong relationships with one of WA's key higher education providers
