    Marketing Manager, Recruitment - Full-Time Position - Sydney CBD - Hybrid Work Model

    Role Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing squad. Your role will involve developing effective strategies to establish Uniting as an employer of choice, boost recruitment efforts, and enhance brand interaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with leaders and support functions to devise and execute marketing strategies for recruitment.
    • Utilize market insights for informed decision-making and to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
    • Create engaging marketing materials for diverse audiences through various channels.
    • Utilize digital tools for online presence and effective targeting.
    • Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
    • Build relationships with external partners for brand visibility and promotional opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment processes.
    • Keep updated on industry trends to drive innovation in marketing strategies.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Marketing degree or relevant field, with at least three years of recruitment-focused marketing experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
    • Demonstrated stakeholder management and customer-focused approach.
    • Proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives.
    • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive influence.
    • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
