My client are a marketing leading, Pre-IPO A.I SaaS platform, who are scaling out as a result of continuous success over the past years.

We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to work closely alongside the Director of Marketing as they continue to scale.

This will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue.

• Marketing Automation via hubspot

• Canva etc.
• Leverage market research and customer insights to identify and target key buyer personas and industry verticals.
• Optimize lead nurturing programs and develop effective lead scoring methodologies to ensure the sales team receives qualified leads.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage datadriven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI

• Proven experience in Marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) to optimize lead generation and lead nurturing processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• A strategic mindset with a resultsoriented approach and a track record of delivering on targets.
