About the role:


Core Responsibilities:


  • Lead the strategy and development of integrated marketing and communications plans. You'll not only drive strategy, but rollup your sleeves to execute your plans
  • Grow brand awareness and penetration (acquisition of new customers) through the development and execution of strategic brandaligned marketing strategies.
  • In conjunction with the Content Executive, ANZ develop the content strategy that answers customer needs, driven by brand positioning aligning to our values and capabilities.
  • Analyse marketing data (campaign results, analytics, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and direction for the business operations.
  • Identify trends and market insights to
    facilitate consumer understanding; Analyse findings and develop strategies to support growth.
  • Support the local roll out of Marketing Automation (Marketo) and provide expertise on strategy and implementation.
  • Help develop a comprehensive local gotomarket plan for each local product launch that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop, plan and manage key communication activities such as media opportunities, thought leadership and events as required.
**Experience:
- ** years' experience in leading B2B marketing strategy and campaigns.

  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process, how to create demand and accelerate opportunities
  • Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives be it paid social media, events, building brand campaigns and product launches
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and take a handson approach to planning and execution
  • Tertiary or degree qualifications in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Marketing automation experience is ideal
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies, plans and campaigns, where you're able to understand the target audience and can solve their problems.
