The Opportunity

Reporting to the B2B Commercial Property Marketing lead, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved while strengthening cross functional collaboration.

This is a broad and varied role where you will focus on:


  • Delivering to strategic marketing plans for logistics development assets.
  • Maximise PR opportunities and drive the media strategy.
  • Develop bespoke leasing materials to respond to prospect enquiries.
  • Implement key milestone activities in line with project strategy.
  • Assist with budget management.
  • Ensure key external partnerships and accounts are managed to deliver to agreed outcomes.

About You
With prior B2B property marketing experience (ideally development marketing) to draw on and an ability to multi task in a broad and varied role, you bring:

  • Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and implementation.
  • A passion for translating market research into meaningful initiatives.
  • Knowledge of community development practices and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
