Bluefin is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial services marketing campaigns for the business rewards program.

This is a unique chance to join a diverse, high-performing team.

As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to identify opportunities to drive growth and support the marketing objectives of the loyalty business.

This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Managing the planning, execution, and measurement of all marketing campaigns and initiatives
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop a customer value proposition that is aligned with our strategic direction and marketing priorities
Researching customer and competitor trends to devise insights that guide the development of innovative marketing approaches
Managing a team of marketing professionals to execute campaign tactics and drive awareness and consideration
Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to communicate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to drive marketing challenges and meet business objectives.
