    Description

    As Practice Manager of this dynamic architecture firm, youwill be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, as well as supporting the team with project programming and invoicing.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the practice's accounts using Xero, including managing invoicing to clients
    • Oversee the external bookkeepers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and managing employee files
    • Manage project programming across the team and lead fortnightly programming meetings
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency
    • Ensure the practice's compliance with regulatory requirements

    Skills and Experience

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using Xero accounting software
    • Ability to manage and motivate a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
    • Experience with project programming and management
