The Practice


Conveniently located in gorgeous, modern rooms in Kew, our client is a mid sized, privately owned leader in the fields of General, Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry.

The Role
The

Practice Manager position is multifaceted. It is pivotal in leading, mentoring and building a high-performing team; and combines overall responsibility for and contribution to daily practice functions, with a focus on business management activities that promote ongoing growth.


It is a full time position with variable start times to work across opening and closing shifts, with an occasional Saturday required.

A 9 day fortnight can also be considered.


About You


It is anticipated you will have proven experience managing a medium sized dental practice displaying competence with the four pillars of practice management; HR/Operations; Practice Finance (though you don't need to be a whizz bookkeeper); Risk & Governance; Practice Promotion/Development.

You will possess a confident and engaging management style, leading success and galvanising a high-performing team of administration and chairside staff.
