The Opportunity & Role

An undisputed leader in the their specialist surgical field with a reputation for the highest standard in clinical care, practice ethics and surgical outcomes, and with a long history of private practice spanning a quarter of a century, it is not often such an important change management project becomes available within such an established business.

The aptly titled
Change Leader & Practice Manager will spearhead positive change across the business which is made up of a number of small yet specialised teams totaling approximately 30 staff.

The role will be pivotal in overcoming resistance to change, making the practice more efficient, united, energised and ready to participate in new standards, processes and protocols with a clear vision for a successful future.

Some Essentials You'll Possess:


Industry Experience:
A history of leadership and management within a specialist surgical environment


Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business, Project Management, Practice Management, Human Resources or similar

Communication:
Exceptional communication skills to articulate the vision for change and address concerns

Empathy:
The ability to understand and alleviate staff concerns and anxieties

Strategic Planning:
Proficiency in creating and executing a comprehensive change management strategy

Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and unify the team toward a shared vision of success

Adaptability:
A flexible and agile mindset to navigate unforeseen obstacles

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and find effective solutions


Work Arrangements, Salary and Benefits:

Offered as a permanent full time opportunity with an attractive above market salary in the range of

$120,000 - $130,000 + Super + other very attractive staff benefits. Some WFH may be negotiated, though the responsibilities of the role would see you onsite at least four days each week.
