Duties and responsibilities include:

Provide high levels of customer service, acting as a contact point for new and existing clients
Provide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties within the team
Manage communications between stakeholders, both internal and external
Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail

We are looking for someone with:

Working experience in the finance industry (Client Service Officer experience highly considered but not essential)
Xplan experience is desirable
A dedication to process improvement.
Client focused with aim to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
A desire to learn with a willingness to grow and be mentored.
A selfmotivated individual who can work both autonomously or collaboratively within a close team
Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
