- Providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire Publishing team, including the editorial teams, production teams, and the Partnership Program.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Driving business growth through innovative publishing products, services, and strategic partnerships.
- Building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and other industry leaders.
- Managing a multi-million dollar budget and ensuring the financial sustainability of the Publishing division.
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- A university degree in publishing, business, pharmacy, or medicine.
- Master of Business Administration (highly desirable).
- At least 10 years of experience in publishing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in executive leadership roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- A strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of current developments in medical information publishing.
