The Opportunity

With a working hybrid arrangement available and reporting to the HR Director, you will have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources while mentoring a small team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment, including identifying and leading diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Management of onboarding employees and delivering a solid employee experience; leading capability development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HRIS modifications and generate HR data reports to provide insights and recommendations for their people strategy
  • Manage the remuneration structure, salary reviews and provide information to payroll as needed.
  • Review, develop, and maintain human resource policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and support to management on Employee Relations matters.
  • Coordinate corporate achievement plans, including goalsetting and career development plans.
  • Drive workplace health, safety, and wellbeing strategies, systems, and initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist role with a sound knowledge of the endtoend employee life cycle
  • Proven capability of informally or formally leading a small team
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and outcomesfocused mentality
  • Experience in endtoend recruitment skills is essential
