    Description

    We are hiring a passionate Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment Services to support the growth and expansion of our Recruitment practice.

    This role offers generous outcome-based incentives along with a base salary.

    Role and responsbility

    • Building relationships with new and existing clients
    • Recruitment for numerous contract assignments (labour hire - mining/blue collar)
    • Work with the delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of roles
    • Manage Contractor relations for the account

    We are looking for someone with:

    • A successful track record in sales and client relationship management in a B2B environment, preferably within agency recruitment and/or labour-hire
    • Experience in a 360 recruitment role for an agency
    • The ability to cross-sell Technology & Talent Solutions
    • Strong knowledge of the technology market
