    About the opportunity:
    As an experienced General Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a leading ASX 100 listed player in the industrial/heavy industry sector. Your role will involve overseeing two brands within the one business and 10+ sites located across NSW and ACT. There will be some travel involved within a 3-hour radius however not substantial. Focusing on cultural and bottom-line growth you will manage 10 direct reports and a $150m+ turnover business. You will be focused on stabilizing operations, ensuring safety and risk are managed, managing P&L, driving profitability through existing asset leverage and optimisations, and creating and maintaining an improvement mindset across your team.

    About You:
    You are an experienced Operational Leader from a multi-site industrial background with proven P&L management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in diverse organizational settings, including both small and large-scale operations that encompass both manufacturing and logistics. However, applicants from related sectors such as FMCG, construction materials, supply chain etc are also encouraged to apply. You are a strong but calm leader with a mature approach to problem solving. You enjoy a growth mindset and like to look at strategic long-term goals and drive utilization of existing assets. Calm under pressure you work best in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of a strong safety and risk focus.
