Position Summary:
Elevate Education is looking to employ someone as our General Manager of our Australian business. This person will be responsible for the leadership, management and continued growth of our AU B2B operations.
The role requires a diverse individual; someone that is a great people person, highly numerate and data driven while being resilient and focused.
The role is critical for driving peak performance for both the business and individuals. The salary for this position will be $120,000 plus super.Duties:
- Act as the Leadership figurehead for all Australian operations;
- Developing and managing a high performing AU team who will:
Drive customer retention and satisfaction;
Ensure the highest quality product;
Develop and motivate the team to achieve their personal best;
Maximise employee engagement, retention and satisfaction.
- Reporting to the Board of Directors on the performance of the business;
- Solving business problems and providing ongoing strategic input and support for the development of the AU Business;
- Introducing additional product lines that will contribute to Elevate's overall mission;
- Championing the values of the business on a daily basis.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in an Education Company;
- Strong sales performance in a company providing education services to high schools;
- Sales experience in the Edtech sector;
- Track record of growing sales and market share in the education industry;
- Experience seeding new markets and regions;
- Management experience in leading a team of 10 people or more;
- Significant public speaking or presenting experience; and
Education:
Relevant Degree qualification
Salary:
$120, $125,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
