Convido Corporate Housing specialises in providing extended stay accommodation for travelling corporates, offering a range of standard and premium apartments in sought-after locations, for stays of 28 days or more.
The Role

Convido Corporate Housing is looking for somebody to develop and facilitate an excellent experience for customers when they stay in Melbourne.
- Organising Pre-Departure and Pre-Arrival Inspections
- Organising housekeeping schedule
- Key Management
- Organising repairs and maintenance appointments as required
- Out of office tasks such as maintenance issues/requests
- Completing reports, liaising with agents regarding maintenance issues, making and attending maintenance appointments
- Meeting guests on arrival and inducting them into their apartment/building occasionally
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum two+ years administration experience (previous experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is an advantage)
- Proven customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Capable of navigating IT systems and CRM databases confidently
- A selfstarter, able to troubleshoot problems and be very observant
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Understanding of the importance of apartment quality regarding maintenance and décor
To be considered, you must be entitled to work in Australia, have a valid drivers' license and vehicle that can be used for work purposes, and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks.

From $75,000.00 per year
