    Account Manager / Business Relationship Manager
    Sydney NSW, Australia
    With 700+ franchise operations and 4,000 clients nationwide, our client is a successful commercial cleaning franchise that has been supporting Australian families to grow their own commercial cleaning business for 30+ years. Their reputation for reliability, quality, and customer care spans various industries. This opportunity is based in Sydney, NSW.

    The Opportunity
    Due to continued business growth, we're seeking anAccount Manager/Business Relationship Managerto oversee implementation of the franchise program, including policies, procedures, training, operations, and administrative functions for the Regional Office, in collaborationwith the Regional Manager and State Operations Manager.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Liaising between the business office and franchise owners
    • Resolving day-to-day enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face
    • Conducting inspections at allocated franchises across Sydney (80-90% of the role is based on the road)
    • Managing franchisee portfolios/account management
    • Ensuringcompliance with appropriate systems, procedures and controls
    • Establishing and maintaining sound relationships with customers and clients

    This is a full time permanent postion with a well established and growing Australian company, offering a competitve salary rate, company bonus schemes and additional benefits;
    • Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm

    Skills & Experience:
    Our ideal candidate will have abackground in customer service and administration, and will be seeking a long-term opportunity to grow with the business and into the role.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain business relationships
    • Time management and organisational skills
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in providing high-level operations support and compliance support - desired
    • Sound computer skills including proficient use of MS Office Suite
    • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse and present information in a meaningful manner
    • Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Working knowledge of WH&S and environmental matters as they relate to the workplace and best practice
    • The right to permanently live & work in Australia
