Concentrix Australia is on the lookout for a dynamic and customer centric professional who has exceptional Account Management skills, specialising in Customer Experience (CX) and the management of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) accounts with a particular emphasis on the airline sector.


Responsibilities:


1.


Elevate Client Relationships:


Be the primary point of contact for multiple CX clients, fostering robust relationships.

Collaborate closely with senior executives to align our services with their unique needs and exceed expectations. Proactively address concerns to maintain a positive and collaborative partnership.

Navigate Strategic Skies:


Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and company goals. Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.

3.


Operational Excellence:


Monitor and ensure operational performance, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

4.


Financial Flight Path:


Drive financial success by managing account budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimising costs. Provide regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

5.


Communication Mastery:


Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery. Utilise your expertise in communication styles to present information convincingly to both internal and external associates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with five or more years of account management experience.

Proven track record in CX/BPO account management, specifically within the airline industry.

Expertise in communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced business environment.
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
