    Experienced Sales Manager, Construction Industry
    $140,000 - $160,000 + Super + Car
    Australian-owned and operated company

Well regarded for their quality steel products, our client prides themselves on safety, innovation, and true partnerships, both internally and Industry-wide.

    Your new role
    As the Sales Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to driving the sales and a successful and well-respected Sales Team. Some of your duties will include but wont' be limited to –

    •Managing a client base and driving the increase of sales

    •Monitoring projects and securing project work

    •Managing external sales representatives

    •Hunting for new business

    •Providing reporting as required

    •Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers

    About you

    •Proven experience in sales management

    •Strong sales and negotiation skills

    •Proven project management experience

    •Steel Industry or Construction Industry experience

    •Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

    •Ideally have knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
