Full-time.
09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required

Your role:
As a Sales Manager you will need to be able to sell by being an evangelist for the value of coworking to growing a business.
In the next phase of Hub's evolution, we are seeking an experienced salesperson who brings existing business networks and has experience with growing their own business or working with businesses to enable their success.
Key Responsibilities:
New Member Acquisition & Sales:
- Ownership of inbound sales for all Hub Australia Membership products;
- Management of all office and bespoke tour opportunities through to conversion;
- Facilitating all licence agreement negotiations;
- Maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in your city;
- Seeking out new business development opportunities via networking events, local area marketing
- Work closely with your General Manager and Enterprise Sales Manager for large corporate enquiries
- Assisting clubhouse teams with current member renewals and negotiations as required;
- Proactively source new leads through multiple channels including.
Sales Process & Administration:
- Management of the sales process from initial enquiry to close, for each Membership product in the
- Member Portal and HubSpot (our CRM);
- Ownership of sales reporting to your General Manager and/ or Chief Operations Officer;
- Licence Agreement administration: generation, amendments, approval and handover to clubhouse
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure we build and maintain a healthy pipeline for
- Membership products;
- Engage with the Hub Australia National Team and external service providers as required.

Keys Skills and Attributes:
- 4 + years experience in a similar role;
- Stakeholder management: the ability to build strong internal and external relationships;
- Account management within a membership environment;
- CRM experience;
- Previous team management experience;
- Excellent attention to detail with a hands on approach to your duties;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for scaling business';
- Most importantly; a desire to grow and learn with a dynamic, growing and supportive community.
