Introduction
systemsGo is an IT services company with offices in 7 countries across Asia Pacific. We provide services to foreign multinational companies throughout the region.

Services include consulting and project management of the installation of office IT systems as well as the ongoing support of our clients' staff and their IT assets.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team in Tokyo.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead our Tokyo Sales team to help drive revenue.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to grow existing accounts and expand our overall client base.
  • Based on the company's business plan, set team targets & KPIs, manage and motivate the team, so collectively they achieve our quarterly targets.
  • Hire, train new sales staff ensuring they are effective and meeting the relevant targets. Assist sales staff in account planning, guiding and coaching them on strategy, refining their own sales skills etc.
  • Build on the existing partner network to generate leads. Partners include interior design and real estate firms, technology vendors, global MSPs and other service providers.
  • Collaborate with our Singapore based Marketing Manager to successfully build on our brand, run local events, or locally focused online activities, to generate leads. Ensure the sales team proactively and successfully develop such leads.
  • Work with presales engineers, project managers, consultants to respond to RFQs, RFPs, and other opportunities, putting together bid winning proposals.
  • Oversee, either directly or through sales team members, project delivery assisting in communication between clients and delivery teams, resolving issues as may be required.
  • Work with Service Delivery Managers to ensure account managers in the sales teams are effectively managing their client accounts. Responding to issues through assisting with communication, training or as otherwise may be required.
  • Collaborate with sales teams in other locations on regional accounts.
  • Ensure the sales team correctly utilize and keep data up to date in salesforce and pardot Provide feedback to the inhouse salesforce developer in appropriate changes to the system and connectivity to other internal platforms such as servicenow and NetSuite.

Required Experience and Skills:


  • Must be driven, independent, selfmotivated and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Active and organized approach to building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management preferably in a related field.
